Delete my ILUBLU account
This page allows you to request the deletion of the account used on ilublu.com and in the ILUBLU & Ilublito application.
How to request deletion
- Fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
- Use the same email address associated with your ILUBLU account.
- In the message, write: “I request to delete my ILUBLU account”.
- Optionally, provide an order number to help us verify your identity.
We may request additional information to confirm that the account genuinely belongs to the person making the request.
What data we will delete
Once the request is verified:
- We will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account.
- We will revoke access to the customer account.
- We will delete personal data that we are not legally required to retain.
- We will cease using account information for commercial communications.
Local Ilublito data, such as XP, favorites, care, and preferences, can be deleted directly from:
Account → Privacy → Delete Local Ilublito Data
Information that may be retained
We may retain certain information related to orders, invoices, payments, or returns when necessary to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, or fraud prevention obligations.
Where applicable, personal information will be deleted, anonymized, or kept with restricted access and will not be used for commercial purposes.
After deleting the account
Deletion may prevent access to order history and other services associated with the account. If you make a purchase from ILUBLU again later, a new customer profile might be created.
